Geoengineernig the Planet

Geoengineering refers to the intentional, large-scale manipulations of earth systems, most commonly discussed in the context of climate change. In 1966 a U.S. Federal Council for Science and Technology publication stated on page 1 of its introduction that;
‘Over the past twenty years experiments have been conducted on weather modification, particularly on the effects of seedinq clouds with such materials as silver iodide crystals.’[2]
The report talks of a ‘special commission’ which would be tasked with coordinating multiple government agencies, independent contractors and universities in weather modification. The author of the report to the President clearly states that he foresees that weather modification will ‘increase in magnitude and frequency and become international in scope.’[3] From the evidence I have compiled in this work you would need to be in serious denial to not see that this is exactly what is happening right now all over the world with a line-up of players accurately matching the 1966 report. On the 13th of September 2010 the UK Guardian reported that a powerful coalition wants to engineer the world’s climate stating that ‘engineering the planet's climate system is attracting the attention of scientists, scientific societies, venture capitalists and conservative think tanks. Despite the enormity of what is being proposed — nothing less than taking control of Earth's climate system — the public has been almost entirely excluded from the planning.’[4] The general public is so misinformed on the subject in fact, that most consider the subject to be conspiratorial nonsense from internet loonies, and this is not helped by the deafening silence from the MET offices and censorship in the news media.
A very good overview of how geoengineering works is quoted below from a US military college document called Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025. It states the following;
‘The essential ingredient of the weather-modification system is the set of intervention techniques used to modify the weather. The number of specific intervention methodologies is limited only by the imagination, but with few exceptions they involve infusing either energy or chemicals into the meteorological process in the right way, at the right place and time. The intervention could be designed to modify the weather in a number of ways, such as influencing clouds and precipitation, storm intensity, climate, space, or fog.’[5]
Perhaps you have never heard of geoengineering but you have heard of people talking about chemtrails? If you do a Google search on what are commonly known as chemtrails in the alternative media you will see Wikipedia emerge at the top of the list of your search telling you about some fantasy conspiracy theory dreamed up by people on the internet. The absurdity of talk about weather control and those who believe in such things is dragged over the coals. Contrast this search with another search using only the words geoengineering + Pdf and you will find a world of difference between the quality and accuracy of the information available to you, despite the fact that the two names are essentially talking about the same subject matter. There are tons of documented scientific publications proving the reality of climate intervention programs, many of which I will be quoting from in this chapter to prove absolutely that not only is geoengineering and weather manipulation real, but it has nothing to do with global warming. Our friends at Google and Wikipedia are deliberately suppressing the truth on this subject. They even deny that any such programs exist, or that aircraft have an impact on the environment. Why Google and Wikipedia would be suppressing this information will become clear to you throughout this chapter. A paper published in 2005 by the European Geosciences Union analysed decades of satellite imagery over the world’s busiest flightpaths concluded that cirrus cloud cover is increasing by 1-2% per decade over the world’s busiest flight paths due to the effects of aircraft emissions[6], and that figure has been accelerating considerably since 2005. This is the status quo today when aircraft engine manufacturers are constantly boasting about cleaner engines and consistently lower and lower emissions. The condensation trails of the past used to disappear, but not so much in modern times. All you have to is look up to notice.
In 1966 during the Vietnam War the US Military under a military operation called Project Popeye;
‘attempted to extend the monsoon season in order to increase the amount of mud on the Ho Chi Minh trail thereby reducing enemy movements. A silver iodide nuclei agent was dispersed from WC-130, F4 and A-1E aircraft into the clouds over portions of the trail winding from North Vietnam through Laos and Cambodia into South Vietnam. Positive results during this initial program led to continued operations from 1967 to 1972’.[7]
This technique of using the environment as a weapon against hostile targets brought worldwide condemnation from the United Nations which established a convention called ENMOD in 1976. It stated that;
‘The ENMOD Convention was established as a reaction to the military tactics employed by the United States during the Vietnam War. These included plans for large-scale environmental modification techniques that had the ability to turn the environment into a weapon, for instance by provoking earthquakes, tsunamis, or changes in weather patterns – what some commentators have called “geophysical warfare.” The Convention was also a reaction to the use of large quantities of chemical defoliants (known as Agents Orange, White and Blue), which resulted in extensive human suffering (death, cancer and other illnesses, mutations, and birth defects) and long-term environmental contamination, as well as very significant destruction of forests and wildlife.”[8]
A 1996 US Air Force paper on weather control stated that;
‘In the broadest sense, weather-modification can be divided into two major categories: suppression and intensification of weather patterns. In extreme cases, it might involve the creation of completely new weather patterns, attenuation or control of severe storms, or even alteration of global climate on a far-reaching and/or long-lasting scale. In the mildest and least controversial cases it may consist of inducing or suppressing precipitation, clouds, or fog for short times over a small-scale region.[9]
It’s real folks, and it’s happening above your head on an almost daily basis if you live in Europe or North America. The power to steer storms, increase or decrease storm cells strength has been a reality for decades already. My research has led me to believe that when viewing documents such as the military documents I am quoting from, we are being fed the scraps of where the true state of technology is really at. If the military admits something is probable or likely, or in research, chances are they have had the technology a decade or two in advance of the public admission they made. This is the simple reality of how the global game is played.
The first time weather manipulation was announced to the world in a very public way was when the Chinese government used geoengineering to ensure that the opening ceremony in the Beijing Olympics in 2008 was rain free. In 2009 the UK Telegraph reported that India was also using cloud seeding to make rain after a delay in the monsoon season which was devastating paddy fields and causing water shortages throughout the main cities. Silver iodide bullets were fired into clouds to ‘attract more vapour and generate larger ice crystals which fall as snow before melting into rain’.[10] The practice of weather manipulation through cloud seeding goes back to the 1920’s.[11] According to the US Air Force;
‘The lessons of history indicate a real weather-modification capability will eventually exist despite the risk. The drive exists. People have always wanted to control the weather and their desire will compel them to collectively and continuously pursue their goal. The motivation exists. The potential benefits and power are extremely lucrative and alluring for those who have the resources to develop it. This combination of drive, motivation, and resources will eventually produce the technology. History also teaches that we cannot afford to be without a weather-modification capability once the technology is developed and used by others.[12]
On the 13th of October 2005, Ken Livingston a former US Naval physicist stated in an interview with the Alex Jones show that ‘hurricane control was a national priority of the government in the 60s and they had the ability to do it at that time. That was 40 years ago.’[13] Weather manipulation is a lot more sophisticated than simply spraying substances into the atmosphere to create a chemical reaction in the sky to induce or suppress rain fall. A major factor in the sophistication of weather control is the use of nanotechnology which involves spraying nano-sized particles into the atmosphere ‘for creating simulated weather. A cloud, or several clouds, of microscopic computer particles, all communicating with each other and with a larger control system could provide tremendous capability. Interconnected, atmospherically buoyant, and having navigation capability in three dimensions.’[14]
I have often wondered how the spraying of metallic particles could work due to nothing more than the force of gravity alone acting on the metal particles which should in theory fall fairly quickly back to earth. To enable buoyancy of the metallic aerosol particulates the weather system is energised. I will cover directed energy weaponry/technology used for this purpose later in this article.

It’s very simple to understand why this technology is kept secret from the general public. As the US military themselves know;
‘One major advantage of using simulated weather to achieve a desired effect is that unlike other approaches, it makes what are otherwise the results of deliberate actions appear to be the consequences of natural weather phenomena.’[15]
The sophistication and potential application of nanotechnology is quite frightening as of 2009 according to the US Air Force, bearing in mind that they likely perfected the technology well in advance. Their paper states that;
‘Micro and nanotechnology provide both a detailed sensor grid to measure critical variables in a weather generation algorithm and then fill in the variables required to generate the desired effects…Computing power in 2020 will enable the networking and sensor grid required 4d-Var analysis to determine variable settings to establish these perturbations to control the system. Future applications of these perturbations take the form of isolated low and high pressure areas or troughs to steer the jet stream or its affect in relation to the area of interest. Making the high or low pressure area can be as simple as heating or cooling a massive column of air with diamond balloons.[16]
These diamond shaped balloons are all able to ‘maintain contact with neighbouring balloons’ utilising ‘nano-network controllers’ within each balloon which is working alongside ‘nano-swarms’ which is modelled after insects, to model and establish the controls for a weather system.[17] ANTS (Autonomous Nano Technology Swarms) are stated as being ‘the support structure for Addressable Reconfigurable Technology (ART) which is essentially ‘a networked swarm of nanomachines capable of configuring themselves for a variety of tasks. The element control requirements for ARTs are nearly identical to what is required for the proposed network of nano-enabled balloons for weather sensing and control.[18] The use of nano particles and nano-pumps ‘working at the molecular level can transport water between layers in the atmosphere as the balloons bob up and down in the air column.’[19] This capability allows a nation or group of nations to cause high pressure or low pressure weather systems, drought or flooding at their discretion. History has always shown that evil devices are always eventually used.
Many weather events blamed on climate change need to be researched for evidence of geoengineering being used. It is the elephant in the room as far as the United Nations International Panel on Climate Change is concerned. They simply would not mention or discuss the subject and ignored it as if it didn’t exist for years. I suspect they didn’t include it in any of their reports because of what the World Economic Forum reported on in 2013 stating that;
‘A small fleet of aircraft could inject a million tonnes of sulphur compounds into the stratosphere – enough to offset roughly half of the global warming experienced to date – for US$1-2 billion annually. In theory, the technology would be tantamount to a planetary thermostat, giving humans direct control over global temperature.[20]
I will prove over the rest of this chapter with multiple photographs from all over the world that the deliberate spraying from aircraft, both civilian and military has happened and is happening all the time all over the world. Weather as a Force Multiplier - Owning the Weather in 2025 states that; ‘weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government [United States] will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels. These levels could include unilateral actions, participation in a security framework such as NATO, membership in an international organization such as the UN, or participation in a coalition.’[21] It goes on to state that ‘the technology is there, waiting for us to pull it all together.’[22] This was in 1996, eighteen years ago. I would argue that the system has been fully implemented and we are never told more than watered down stories of potential experimentation sometime in the future. Regardless, we have established that Harvard University, the American military, NATO and the UN are all involved, although they rarely speak openly about it. In 2013 after the Russians put pressure on the IPCC[23] they included geoengineering in one of their reports in September 2013 for the first time ever.[24] The World Economic Forum in its 2013 Global Risks report warned that a “rogue nation” or individual could “hijack” global climate change for nefarious purposes. The report mentions several possible scenarios, or X-factors, which could occur in the near future, among which a geoengineering nightmare, according to the report;
“in which a country or small group of countries [and I would add corporations] precipitates an international crisis by moving ahead with deployment or large-scale research independent of the global community. The global climate could, in effect, be hijacked by a rogue country or even a wealthy individual, with unpredictable costs to agriculture, infrastructure and global stability.”[25]
Before going any further I feel it is important to point out that one of the world’s premier think tanks called The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in New York city had a member called M. Granger Morgan who stated in a public CFR convention on geoengineering that;
‘There is a lot of money getting spent to make sure that a very substantial portion of the public stays totally confused about this. And, I mean, it's been really quite pernicious. But there's been literally tens of millions of dollars spent on every little thing that comes along that might, you know, relate to some uncertainty.’[26]
This is a very important admission that very large quantities of money are being spent to mislead the public over this subject. You will find the worlds media moguls are either members of, or at a minimum, attendees at CFR briefings and meetings. Professor Carroll Quigley informed the world in his epic work called Tragedy & Hope, A History of the World in our Time that the Council on Foreign Relations was nothing more than a front for J.P. Morgan and company.[27] So it is safe to assume that the International banking cartel are involved in weather manipulation. In Feb 2012, Matt Andersson, a former aerospace & defence advisor said in a letter to the UK Guardian Newspaper that;
‘Few in the civil sector fully understand that geoengineering is primarily a military science and has nothing to do with either cooling the planet or lowering carbon emissions’.[28]

Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering vs Contrail
For a contrail to form in the atmosphere the relative humidity must be above 60%. This is a key point to remember when looking up at another persistent emission trail that forms and does not dissipate. The picture below taken by the author clearly shows the difference between the two. A normal contrail disappears approximately 15-30 seconds after being emitted by an aircraft’s exhaust, whereas the chemtrail persists and spreads out. Why would one jet trail spread while the other disappears quickly? This is a very common phenomenon in the skies these days! And the persistent ice-crystal theory garbage doesn’t hold any water either. The persistent trail in the photo below is at a much lower altitude than the aircraft trail above it in the distance. It is all the proof you need.

In 1991 Hughes Aircraft company in the United States patented a method for aerosol cloud seeding which was described as;
‘a method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere i.e., from the greenhouse effect.’
It went on to state that
‘the method incudes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals [e.g., aluminium oxide] which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions. ‘One technique proposed to seed the metallic particles was to add the tiny particles to the fuel of jet airliners, so that the particles would be emitted by the jet engine exhaust.’[29]
In 1997 Hughes Aircraft Company were taken over by U.S. military contractor Raytheon creating a $21 billion enterprise.[30] Raytheon were named in the civil society vs geoengineering conference in the European Parliament as being ‘up to their necks in weather modification patents.’ US weapons manufacturer Lockheed Martin were also said to have ‘a heavy investment in the weather modification business’ and that they ‘carry out weather modeling for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).’[31]
Most long term researchers into geoengineering agree that the worldwide stratospheric aerosol geoengineering program went global in 1997 and was ramped up considerably since the early 2000’s. The United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration published in 2011 that ‘a recent increase in the abundance of particles high in the atmosphere has offset about a third of the current climate warming influence of carbon dioxide (CO2) change during the past decade, and that "stratospheric aerosol increased surprisingly rapidly in that time, almost doubling during the decade."[32]
It is not my intention to tell you what you should believe, but I seriously doubt that the people at the head of such institutions in the United States are surprised by the rapid increase in stratospheric aerosol. Such details I believe are merely for consumption by the masses while those at the top will never reveal the bigger picture. Aerospace engineer Dr Coen Vermeeren from the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands wrote that contrail ‘phenomenon is temperature related. As temperature drops with 2°C/1000ft [304.8m] altitude gain in a standard atmosphere and a cold air parcel can only hold very limited water vapor’, and that ‘any hot exhaust fumes automatically condense into artificial clouds’. In the same chapter he compared the emissions of old WW2 like contrails whose contrails he described as ‘short lived’ in contrast with modern aircraft engine emissions.[33] He stated that in recent times meteorologists refer to persistent contrails as ‘veil shaped clouds, actually making the public believe that its origin is natural and not human.’ And the ultimate reason there is such a scarce amount of published papers on the subject from educational institutions or scientific bodies is according to Dr Vermeeren for economic reasons. He said that;
‘Any survey can potentially be turned down by lobby groups that do not want to see unwanted attention unleashed on an ignorant public with undesirable side effects of aviation. Officially science does not work that way, but in practice researchers generally do not bite the hand that feeds them. This is also why contrails are politely classified as veil clouds.’[34]
Geo-engineering in practice:
What appears to the untrained eye below is assumed to be an ordinary contrail from an aircraft. This is no ordinary contrail as you will see the aerosol emission spread out over time over the next 3 photos. Stage 1 – 3 took about 45mins to spread.

You can clearly see a large area being affected by persistent trails visible from a high altitude. I would love to hear what Rolls Royce, Garrett AiResearch and General Electric have to say about their aircraft engine emissions! This is a drastic increase in emissions that was not seen before the mid-1990s.

I believe you are looking at a directed energy field cloud formation in the picture above. The wave like pattern in the cloud is like what you would see on a beach after the tide has gone out. It’s a distinguishing feature. The metal particles in the aerosol are energised and form an energy wave. You will see skies like this fairly regularly if you pay attention to what’s going on overhead. We will cover the technology used to achieve this further in this page.

On the 8-9 April 2013 a conference was held at the European Parliament called “Beyond Theories of Weather Modification – Civil Society against Geoengineering. In a nut shell the outcome of the conference demanded almost the exact same as was demanded by a similar conference held in 1999 to make what is going on with geoengineering transparent and subject to democratic control. Since 1999 the request for transparency has been ignored by the European Commission. The conference highlighted the ongoing disinformation campaign surrounding the geoengineering program stating;
‘Well proven and highly effective techniques of social engineering by misinformation and by positioning concerned citizens as objects of ridicule have been implemented, along with European Union members governments consequent denial of the obvious’.[35]
Nothing sickens me more than observing the elites engage in herd management of populations through such devious deceptions, and when you try and present people with the truth, nine times out of ten the person speaking the truth is ridiculed by the ignorant citizens who naively believe that if this was true then their government, or main source of brainwashing, their TV and newspapers would have told them so. Geoengineering was always designed to be a covert weapon, and is being used increasingly in the world today. On the 24th of April 1997 in a U.S. Department of Defense news briefing then US Secretary of Defense William Cohen stated that;
‘Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.’[36]
The terrorists he was speaking of were not riding around on camels in the desert or shacked up in the caves of Afghanistan. An example of this technology is U.S. Patent No. 4,686,605, which was patented on August 11 1987. This invention was defined as;
‘a method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth's atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere’ by transmitting electromagnetic radiation from the earth's surface essentially parallel to and along naturally-occurring, divergent magnetic field lines which extend from the earth's surface through the region or regions to be altered.[37]
The US Air Force has described the global weather system ‘as a series of spheres or bubbles, and that the effect of ‘pushing down on one causes another to pop up.[38] What this means is that by creating favourable conditions for one nation or region of the earth it will very likely be at the detriment of another country or region. U.S. patent No. 4,686, 605 states how the ionization of neutral particles ‘(molecules of oxygen, nitrogen and the like, particulates, etc.)’ happens when sufficient energy is applied ‘thereby increasing the charged particle density of the region. The deliberate spraying of particulates into our atmosphere further enhances the effects of the region of the ionosphere being manipulated after the ‘artificial particles are also ionized by the transmitted electromagnetic radiation thereby increasing charged particle density of the resulting plasma in the region.[39]

Speaking about Artificial Ionospheric Mirrors the US Airforce states that;
"One could precisely control the location and height of the region of artificially produced ionization using crossed microwave (MW) beams, which produce atmospheric breakdown (ionization) of neutral species. The implications of such control are enormous: one would no longer be subject to the vagaries of the natural ionosphere but would instead have direct control of the propagation environment."[40]
U.S. patent No. 4,686, 605 quoted and expanded upon the work of Professor Kosmahl who in 1967 produced a paper called ‘Plasma Acceleration with Microwaves Near Cyclotron Resonance’ which was published in the Journal of Applied Physics stating;
Once this [plasma] layer is established, and while maintaining the transmission of the main beam of circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation, the main beam is modulated and/or at least one second different, modulated electromagnetic radiation beam is transmitted from at least one separate source at a different frequency which will be absorbed in the plasma layer. The amplitude of the frequency of the main beam and/or the second beam or beams is modulated in resonance with at least one known oscillation mode in the selected region or regions to excite the known oscillation mode to propagate a known frequency wave or waves throughout the ionosphere.[41]
In his classic work called Between Two Ages – America’s role in the Technetronic Era former US Secretary of State Professor Zbigniew Brzezinski stated that;
“Human conduct, some argue, can be predetermined and subjected to deliberate control... I foresee the time when we shall have the means and therefore, inevitably, the temptation to manipulate the behaviour and intellectual functioning of all the people through environmental and biochemical manipulation of the brain.”[42]
Brzezinski told the reader that it would be tempting ‘to exploit for strategic-political purposes the fruits of research on the brain and on human behaviour.’[43] He went on to quote the writings of a former member of President Lyndon Johnson’s Science Advisory Committee called Gordon J. F. MacDonald who wrote that;
‘accurately timed, artificially excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth…In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period. [44]
Brzezinski wrote that;
“No matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate the behaviour for national advantages to some, the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades.”[45]
Bear in mind that Brzezinski wrote the book I am quoting from fifty years ago. Unfortunately for humanity the technology has been developed already such as the HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) facility pictured below based in Alaska. This facility was part of an investigative committee in the European parliament in 1999. At the hearing the audience was told that HAARP can be an ‘acoustic weapon’, ‘capable of confusing and disorientating and thereby neutralising an enemy by producing a low level of sound, known as infra-sound.’[46] In the conclusion of the 1999 report the author ‘calls in particular for an international convention for a global ban on all research and development, whether military or civilian, which seeks to apply knowledge of the chemical, electrical, sound vibration or other functioning of the human brain to the development of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings, including a ban on any actual or possible deployment of such systems.’[47]
The US government refused to participate in the hearing in 1999 and has ignored the request since, and so has the European Commission. Now why would the European Commission and the United States government sweep this under the rug? It is the ultimate silent weapon for a quiet war to brainwash the public into giving up their freedom and standard of living to fight a fake battle, i.e. man-made climate change.

Despite the ENMOD convention in 1976 banning the weaponising of the environment it is ongoing worldwide with at least 18 known Ionospheric heaters around the globe, but there are probably many more. The US Air Force publication called Operational Defenses through Weather Control in 2030 states that ‘within 15 years…DEW [Directed Energy Weapons] will become increasingly common on the battlefield’ and that they will have ‘disorienting effects on the operator of their target’ and that they will also ‘affect the internal circuitry of the target or internal tissues of the operators.’ [48] The poor individual at the receiving end of such treatment is being cooked and will not have a clue to what is happening to him. Under the definition of weapons or weapons system the United States Space Preservation Act of 2001 defined such weapons as;
‘the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations.’[49]
The final point I will make on HAARP like ionospheric heaters is that despite military documents talking about such technologies as being likely in 2025 or 2030 it is without question a reality right now today. In a May 14 2014 United States Appropriations Subcommittee Defense hearing senator Murkowski asked military officials about the status of the HAARP facility and was told by Dr. David Walker who is Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Science, Technology, and Engineering, that;
‘We are moving onto other ways of managing the ionosphere, which the HAARP was really designed to do, was to inject energy into the ionosphere and be able to actually control it...but that work has been completed.[50]
So in reality, what I have shown you documentation of so far, despite being in the realm of science fiction for the vast majority of people, it is already replaced or in the process of being replaced by something more sophisticated. Nexrad - Next Generation Radar (This is your homework if you wish to dig into another level of geoengineering). The last word I will say about these so called research programs and research facilities is that if these people were writing about the dropping of the nuclear bomb on Nagasaki or Hiroshima they would probably call it research, and I’m sure would never call it what it was, an attack.
This subject according to many whistle blowers is still highly classified, which makes it tremendously difficult if not impossible to find the full facts concerning what exactly is taking place where and who is doing it, but that being said I have unearthed some incredible information. In 2013 a joint paper was published by the Carnegie Institute for Science and the Georgia Institute of Technology called ‘Strategic incentives for climate geoengineering coalitions to exclude broad participation’. They envisioned ‘strategic multilateral implementation (of planetary scale geoengineering) through an exclusive ‘club’ that increases benefits to members at the expense of those excluded.' [51]
The paper states in the abstract that;
‘coalition members have incentives to exclude non-members that would prevent implementation of solar geoengineering at a level that is optimal for the existing coalition.' [52]
The authors envision that ‘starting in 2015… negotiations among club members only will determine the setting of the global thermostat for the next ten years. In each subsequent decade, negotiations begin anew, and determine a new thermostat setting for the next ten years.”[53] I believe such assertions to be disingenuous at best due to the overwhelming evidence that such practices have been ongoing for more than a decade. I don’t rely on these publications to point out any pertinent climate facts either as they rely on the same climate models as the IPCC, so they do not have credibility as far as I’m concerned, other than to point out that these geoengineering coalitions exist and they can control the weather. I wonder if the Environmental Research Letters publication were speaking about the same coalition mentioned in the World Economic Forum Global Risk 2013 report.
One such coalition was talked about in the UK Guardian newspaper reporting in 2010 that a ‘powerful coalition wants to engineer the world’s climate’. The article states that ‘it is not out of the question that in three decades the climate of the Earth could be determined by a handful of Communist Party officials in Beijing.’ [54] I agree that the climate of the earth will be under communist like control, but that control will be exerted by the United Nations, not China, and I suspect that is already the case although most likely hidden behind a network of corporate and military control. The article goes on to state that Edward Teller and Lowell Wood of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory near California ‘have been promoting aerosol spraying into the stratosphere as a simple and cheap counter to global warming’ since 1998, even though they had both ‘long been associated with conservative think tanks that deny the existence of human-induced global warming.’ The Guardian journalist Clive Hamilton found this strange as he is obviously a believer in the global warming myth, and accuses so called ‘right wing think tanks’ of being ‘active in climate denialism’. Even the term climate denialism is absurd on its own merits. To deny climate is to deny that there is such a thing as weather and seasons. It is man-made global warming or even the so called evidence of warming that is being challenged. He told the reader what I believe is a much more accurate reason behind what is taking place when speaking of Teller and Wood saying ‘they believe it is humankind's duty to exert supremacy over nature.’ One of the ‘right wing’ think tanks Hamilton highlighted was the American Enterprise Institute which the article states is ‘part funded by Exxon Mobil.’ Since 2010 they have ‘launched a high-profile project to promote geoengineering’, despite not believing in global warming. I must point out that this type of reporting is often used as a false argument behind those trying to push the propaganda that the majority of reports disproving global warming are funded by major oil interests. [55] The opposite is the case. A scarcity lie, carbon taxes and the global warming fraud = higher prices. Think about it.
Forbes reported in January 2014, that ‘the undeniable truth is global warming alarmists raise and spend far more money – including far more untraceable special interest 'dark money' – than global warming skeptics. [56] The article goes on to expose the fact that so many of the so called ‘right wing groups’ opposing the warming argument don’t display it on their website publications, and surprise, surprise, they all support a carbon tax. Forbes Journalist James Taylor points out that being generous environmental skeptic funding is at most in the region of around $46 million per year shared among 91 conservative think tanks opposing the global warming theory. On the other side if you take the top five environmental groups (Greenpeace, The Nature Conservancy, World Wildlife Fund, National Wildlife Federation, and the Sierra Club) supporting the global warming myth, they alone raise more than $1.6 billion per year. Even Shell Oil company has been reported to be a ‘longtime supporter of carbon dioxide restrictions and has a history of funding global warming activist groups.’ [57] This strategy is called the Hegelian Dialectic which is the control of both sides of an argument or situation to bring about the secret hidden agenda or synthesis which had been pre-planned in advance. They are controlling the narrative on all fronts. They all know and are supporting the fact that ‘the debate over climate engineering is at present confined to a tight-knit group of scientists, some of whom want to keep the public in the dark and fend off regulation of their activities.’[58]
Two individuals that kept coming up time and again in my research were Professor Ken Caldeira of Stanford University and especially Professor David Keith of the University of Calgary and Harvard University. Professor Keith and Caldeira were named as being covertly funded by none other than Bill Gates to the tune of $4.5 million as of 2010 and ‘Keith will not reveal what the money is being spent on, downplaying it as 'a little private funding agency', if you can believe that! [59] Gates along with his former chief technology officer at Microsoft, Nathan Myhrvold are invested in and controlling another weather manipulation company called Intellectual Ventures which plans to ‘pump sulphur dioxide into the upper atmosphere through a 30-kilometre hose held aloft by V-shaped blimps’, which consequently generates water vapour. Even Richard Branson is trying to get into weather modification through geoengineering.[60] In 2008 a team of geoengineers financed by Bill Gates filed over 8 patents, one of which describes;
‘a method of managing risk includes selling individual insurance policies regarding areas to be protected by storm suppression equipment. The method discussed also includes finding at least one of purchase, operation, or maintenance of the storm suppression equipment at least partially through premiums collected from the selling.[61]
Now we are starting to see the real danger of geoengineering, in that if you refuse to pay the cabal who can turn of the rain, or completely flood you out depending on their choice, you are enslaved. Bill Gates name was even on the patent highlighted above. The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation were reported in 2010 to have spent $23 million buying 500,000 shares in GM food giant Monsanto which has rightly been named on many occasions by many observers as the ‘most evil corporation on the planet’.[62] What is absolutely incredible to me is that Bill Gates is openly enabling the aerosol spraying of aluminium and multiple other metals into the earth’s atmosphere through geoengineering while investing in a company that has patented genetically modified seeds resistant to increased levels of metals in the soil. [63] You couldn’t make it up. But it gets even more incredible. In 2007 American German freelance journalist, historian and economic researcher William Engdahl wrote an article for the Global research centre on globalization stating that Bill Gates along with the Rockefeller foundation, the Norwegian Government, Monsanto corporation and many others have invested tens of millions on what is known as the ‘doomsday seed vault’ built inside a mountain in remote northern Norway in a place called Svalbard inside the arctic circle. The article claims the facility ‘will contain up to three million different varieties of seeds from the entire world, ‘so that crop diversity can be conserved for the future’.
William Engdahl asks the correct question;
’Did we miss something here? Their press release stated, ‘so that crop diversity can be conserved for the future.’ What future do the seed bank’s sponsors foresee, that would threaten the global availability of current seeds, almost all of which are already well protected in designated seed banks around the world?[64]
Wayne Hall, a teacher, freelance translator, and former member of the European Nuclear Disarmament movement testified before the European Parliament on April 9 2013 that;
‘elements such as barium, aluminium, strontium, and manganese are showing up in lab tests of precipitation in lethal quantities across the globe’, and that ‘the soil PH has been so radically changed in the forests of the USA’s Pacific Northwest, that tests have indicated a 1,500 percent increase in alkalinity.' [65]
Monsanto were reported in Forbes in 2013 of acquiring Climate Corp for $930 million, a company ‘which underwrites weather insurance for farmers’. Climate Corp was founded by what the article called ‘early google employees’ and Google Ventures were named as one of its biggest investors.[66] The article quotes Climate Corps ability to ingest ‘weather measurements from 2.5 million locations and forecasts from major climate models, and processes this data along with 150 billion soil observations to generate 10 trillion weather simulation data points, requiring it to manage 50 terabytes of live data at any given time. Needless to say, this company has built daunting barriers to entry.' [67] Monsanto certainly doesn’t like regulations or being sued for that matter and actually managed to get a bill passed through congress in 2013 called the Monsanto Protection Act which was signed into law by Barrack Obama in 2013.[68] The Act gave them protection from immunity from any harm to humans and or the environment from the planting of GM crops and the spraying of their pesticides, putting the company above the power of the Supreme Court. That tells you all you need to know about the power of this corporation which is owned by a conglomerate of banking institutions including J.P Morgan Chase and Company which I highlighted earlier as being behind the disinformation campaign surrounding geoengineering through the International Bankers front organisation called The Council of Foreign Relations.[69]
So why have you not read more about this in your newspapers or heard this information on your weather forecasts? One answer lies in the corporate control network that owns 95% of the world’s media through five major corporations. The world’s leading provider of ‘interactive weather graphics and data services’ called Weather Central LP sold a 70% stake of its business to the infamous banking dynasty Rothschild family in 2011. This company’s weather information is broadcast by ‘more than 400 broadcast television clients in 21 countries worldwide’ and is watched by ‘hundreds of millions of viewers’.[70] One has to ask the question why the major financial institutions are so invested in weather products and delivering weather forecasts. I would argue that when you are up to your neck in climate geoengineering programs it is very useful to own the distribution network of information allowing you to control the forecast models through the media which they will surely use to cover their tracks, and have already been doing for years.
Did you know that you can bet on the weather using financial instruments called derivatives? Knowing the short, medium and long term trends in weather patterns/systems in advance would enable investors to make an absolute fortune betting on agricultural commodities or even by investing in weather derivatives. This is already happening in the Chicago Mercantile Exchange which describes itself as ‘the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace’. An investor can bet on hurricanes, the weather getting hotter or colder, or the amount of snow, ice or rainfall in any region in the world.[71] How could one resist if they had the accurate knowledge of geoengineering programs in advance? Derivatives are completely fraudulent financial products to add to the scam. They exist outside the current monetary system and are conjured up out of thin air with a market worth more than 2 Quadrillion dollars of funny money gaming the system for all its worth.
The number one concern of people all around the world studying the effects of the aerosol spraying is mass contamination of lands and water with aluminium, barium, cesium, strontium and a host of other substances which are detrimental to human health. It is in effect a mass experiment, and we the citizens are the lab rats being toyed with by covert military and corporate programs. Dr Russell Blaylock wrote about nanoaluminium in a publication for the National Health Federation (US) stating that;
'My major concern is that there is evidence that they are spraying tons of nanosized aluminum compounds. It has been demonstrated in the scientific and medical literature that nanosized particles are infinitely more reactive and induce intense inflammation in a number of tissues. Of special concern is the effect of these nanoparticles on the brain and spinal cord, as a growing list of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s dementia, Parkinson’s disease and Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS) are strongly related to exposure to environmental aluminum.'
'Nanoparticles of aluminum are not only infinitely more inflammatory, they also easily penetrate the brain by a number of routes, including the blood and olfactory nerves (the smell nerves in the nose). Studies have shown that these particles pass along the olfactory neural tracts, which connect directly to the area of the brain that is not only most effected by Alzheimer’s disease, but also the earliest affected in the course of the disease. It also has the highest level of brain aluminum in Alzheimer’s cases.'
'The intranasal route of exposure makes spraying of massive amounts of nanoaluminum into the skies especially hazardous, as it will be inhaled by people of all ages, including babies and small children for many hours. We know that older people have the greatest reaction to this airborne aluminum. Because of the nanosizing of the aluminum particles being used, home filtering system will not remove the aluminum, thus prolonging exposure, even indoors.'
Steps need to be taken now to prevent an impending health disaster of enormous proportions if this project is not stopped immediately. Otherwise we will see an explosive increase in neurodegenerative diseases occurring in adults and the elderly in unprecedented rates as well as neurodevelopmental disorders in our children. We are already seeing a dramatic increase in these neurological disorders and it is occurring in younger people than ever before. [72]
In February 2014 the Cyprus Times wrote an article on the unusual and unexplained noticeable increase in people complaining of ‘eye and skin problems, as well as a mushrooming numbers of asthma sufferers and those coping with memory deterioration.’ This along with pressure from groups investigating geoengineering forced the government to conduct tests taking samples from the air in the skies over Cyprus. The tests came back as supposedly being normal, but Green Party members were not satisfied with the testing carried out stating that they ‘had no input or control over what was tested and when or how it was tested’[73]. Very relevant concerns were raised such as the specialised equipment that is required to test for nanoparticles and the forestry department that carried out the tests reply to the Green Party’s concerns were said to be ‘very vague’. The agreement between the forestry department and the campaigners was that when they saw ‘chemtrails’ they were to report it to them so they could conduct tests, but they were met with excuse after excuse, and in truth they ‘don’t know how or when they eventually did it’, nor do they know what substances the department tested for. The people of Cyprus know something is wrong as they used to have perfect clear blue skies, and as Green Party councillor Linda Leblanc said “there is a drought now and there are no obvious chemtrails but if you look at the sky it isn’t a clear blue, it’s hazy. A milky cloudy substance has been introduced to the high atmosphere.”[74]
There is historical precedent for this secret spraying in many western countries. The UK Guardian reported in 2002 that millions of people living in Britain were in germ war tests sprayed in secret trials effectively turning ‘large parts of the country into a giant laboratory to conduct a series of secret germ warfare tests on the public’. Trust us, we wouldn’t do you wrong is the attitude from the government, denying people a public enquiry after a cluster of birth defects happening in localised regions over specific periods of time. One experiment involving anthrax left a Scottish island uninhabitable for more than a decade. Can you imagine a government spraying anthrax on its own citizens? It’s beyond criminal. Asked in 2002 if ‘such tests are still being carried out’ Sue Ellison the spokeswoman for the Ministry of Defence said: 'It is not our policy to discuss ongoing research.'[75] In September 2009 Professor David Keith of Harvard and Calgary University attended the Royal Society in England as a speaker at a conference event called "Geoengineering the climate - Science, governance and uncertainty”. He stated in what can only be described as psychopathic double speak that geoengineering is ‘not really a moral hazard, it's more like freeriding on our grandkids".[76] These are extremely dangerous people who I wouldn’t trust with my pet cat. In January 2018, an excellent Irish researcher on the subject put up a great video on youtube and his website climatechangeagenda.com documenting David Keith making a more shocking statement which long time researchers have been saying for a long time. Keith said that because of decisions made to implement geoengineering programs tens of thousands of people can die every year as a result.[77] I think this figure is very likely to be very low and wide of the mark in time due to the increasing toxicity of people’s bodies due to ingesting metal nano-particles which accumulate in the brain.
There have been reports of weather manipulation on television on rare occasions and even some incredible accusations made. One such claim was made in 2010 when former Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez was reported on Russia Today News as saying that a ‘US weapon test caused the Haiti earthquake’.[78] I remember reading a report written on World Reports Limited (now removed from the internet) by the late Christopher Story, an “on occasion” advisor to Margaret Thatcher that stated the exact same as Hugo Chavez. Story elaborated further that the attack was used to launder massive amounts of political dirty money through Haiti’s Central Bank while the country lay in ruin. The Red Cross support relief was a farce as money raised to build 3000 new homes resulted in only 60 homes being built and the money gone. Another permanent US military base has came out of it. Think about it! Another accusation of weather manipulation was made by Iran’s former president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who accused ‘Western countries of plotting to "cause drought" in Iran by using high tech equipment to drain the clouds of raindrops.’[79] Most would think Ahmadinejad is crazy, but it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest to learn he was absolutely correct. My question to the US government is this. With the power to generate precipitation, snow fall, steer weather systems etc., why is the bread basket of the United States, California suffering from a massive unprecedented drought? If I had the technology I would be ensuring the State and the nation’s food supply as a top priority. If the Chinese can stop rain from falling on the Olympics opening ceremony in Beijing and the government of the United Arab Emirates can make it rain to order in their country, why is the American government not intervening? They could do it in Vietnam but not in California?
The power to create drought, floods, massively intensify storms, or de-intensify storm systems and even steer a storm in the direction you wish it go is the reality of the world we live in today. This has been a reality for decades. Armed with this knowledge one has to ask why there is an increase in so called natural disasters happening around the world with devastating consequences for the populations they affect. Why was the recent devastation in the record breaking Philippines typhoon not de-intensified or steered out of the way of the major population centres? A long time researcher and documenter of geoengineering activities nicknamed Dutchsinse (Michael Janitch) documented in a video that went viral on Youtube that directed energy microwave weaponry had been used on typhoon Yolanda in 2013.[80] The video prompted a media response from U.S. scientist Dr. Mahar Lagmay who is the executive director of the U.S. NOAH weather research program. The news anchor on Phillipines ANC News asked;
'Is this true? Is there a possibility that a microwave pulse from any ultra-magnetic machine or satellite can trigger anything like that to disturb the weather?'
Dr Lagmay claimed that 'before he [Dutchsinse] could relate the microwave to the cyclone or the typhoon that hit the Philippines, he must first demonstrate that the microwave was the one who formed it.” From the images he was showing it would appear that the typhoon was already developed when he was showing the microwave bulges that were being transmitted.’
Note that he didn’t deny that microwave technology was evidently used on the storm system! Dutchsinse failed to account for the massive sea and land based water vapour generation geoengineering method which fuelled the strength of the storm system. This is what led to his somewhat successful rebuttal. But we do know microwave technology was used on the typhoon repeatedly, and what transpired was one of the most powerful storm systems in recorded history leaving over 6000 people dead and over 1300 missing. I recommend you look at the evidence for yourself. [81] I would like to remind you again of the quote from former US Secretary of Defense William Cohen who stated that; ‘others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.’[82]
Former US Science Advisory Committee member under the President Johnson administration and former associate director of the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at the University of California Professor Gordon J. F. MacDonald wrote in 1968 that;
‘Among future means of obtaining national objectives by force, one possibility hinges on man’s ability to control and manipulate the environment of his planet. When achieved, this power over his environment will provide man with a new force capable of doing great and indiscriminate damage.
As I will argue, these weapons are peculiarly suited for covert or secret wars'.[83]
One man who seemed uniquely well informed well ahead of time was former Fortune Magazine senior editor Alvin Toffler wrote in 1980 saying that;
'Ultimately we may see the convergence of weather modification, computers, satellite monitoring, and genetics to revolutionize the world’s food supply'.[84]
