The information contained in this page is a taster of a larger compilation of research from a chapter in my book called Crown Empire & the City of London Corporation contained within The Hidden Hand of History - The Enemy Within.
All former British colonies worldwide are still under the BAR legal system. BAR of course stands for British Accredited Registry. This is how the Crown governs the world today, unbeknownst to at least 95% of lawyers as they are the first ones lied to by the system.
Anywhere the British Empire expanded to, whether it was eventually defeated or not, the BAR legal system remained in place to extract the wealth using ACT’s, statutes, policies and codes. It's a genius long-range deception which maintains the illusion of sovereignty for nation states.
Irish Free State (Saorstát Eireann) Act, 1922
Article 17: The oath to be taken by members of the Oireachtas shall be in the following form:
I _______ do solemnly swear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of the Irish Free State as by law established, and that I will be faithful to H. M. King George V., his heirs and successors by law in virtue of the common citizenship of Ireland with Great Britain and her adherence to and membership of the group of nations forming the British Commonwealth of Nations.

Our government has been nothing more than a provisional set up under the Crown Corporation of London since 1922. The Irish Free State was enforced upon Ireland by King George V in the Shelbourne Hotel on Stephens Green in 1922. The purposely deceptive history books will tell you that Ireland was set up as a democratic state in 1922. This is completely false. The Irish Free State was forced upon the Irish people by treasonous government acting at the behest of King George V.
Regardless of what happened with the founding of the Republic in 1948 or De Valera’s constitution, it was just another sham, an illusion that we had left the commonwealth and were now a sovereign Republic. The Republic of Ireland Act 1948 was an ACT of the Oireachtas, which is controlled by the Crown Corporation of London. Why do you think we have BAR (British Accredited Registry) courts acting as lawful courts in Ireland, when they are a privately owned corporation? Try and stand under common law in our commercial courts and you will quickly learn how controlled the fraudulent legal system is. These courts are not about justice, their primary concern is revenue generation for the Crown. Former French president Charles de Gaulle blocked Ireland’s entry into the EEC twice in the 1960’s. Why? Because we are only a provisional set up under the Crown, and not a sovereign government. He argued that we couldn’t enter into European Treaties as a provisional government, i.e. not sovereign.
Article 12 Irish Free State (Saorstát Eireann) Act, 1922:
A legislature is hereby created, to be known as the Oireachtas. It shall consist of the King and two Houses, the Chamber of Deputies (otherwise called and herein generally referred to as "Dáil Éireann") and the Senate (otherwise called and herein generally referred to as "Seanad Eireann". The sole and exclusive power of making laws for the peace, order and good government of the Irish Free State (Saorstát Eireann) is vested in the Oireachtas.
For the United States of America the reader is encouraged to study the following document which proves that the United States is in an agreement with the Crown since at least 1997, but likely much earlier than that as the document refers back to older agreements covering taxation and the American governments requirement to seek permission from the Crown in regards to social welfare and pensions. Understanding the real control network that governs the world today cannot be understood without knowledge of the role of the City of London. Edwin Knuth defined the City of London in 1945 as being:
‘a sovereign world state located in the financial district of the loosely knit aggregation of boroughs and cities popularly known as the city of London. The colossal political and financial organization centered in this area, known as "The City," operates as a super-government of the world; and no incident occurs in any part of the world without its participation in some form’.[1]
The City of London, as opposed to London itself, was originally founded around 45A.D. by the invading Roman Empire forces of the time and was originally called Londonium. This is very interesting when we consider that a 2014 Financial Times article stated that ‘two thousand years of self-government [for the City of London] is quite an achievement’. They have ‘invisible earnings’ and ‘invisible power’ as a ‘lobbyist for globalised capital’ with ‘no accountability,’ while ‘its property inventory and financial portfolio remain unpublished’.[2]
It was William the Conqueror, or also known as William the Bastard, the invading Norman descendant of the Vikings who having been brutal to the inhabitants of England, ‘came friendly’ to the City of London in the 11th century. It was William who had special charters and privileges written into the British Constitution ‘that protected the City of London from external influence’. By the year 1191, the Corporation of London was established as a ‘commune’, having militias under its control, and was totally free from control by the monarchs of England, neither paying taxes nor heeding judgements from the Royals. It was a sovereign State within a State.[3] ‘The City’ was since its beginning, under the control of foreign or secret society powers. In the 11th and 12th century, this was the Papacy/Priory of Sion founded Knights Templar who controlled the City.
King John surrendered his control of the British Empire to Pope Innocent II in 1215 due in large part to the fraudulent Donation of Constantine scam described in the All Roads Lead to Rome page. At this time the Papacy was working with the Knights Templars whose headquarters at the time was the Nave, or Round Church which was constructed in the City of London in the late 12th century. In the 11th and 12th centuries the Templars were the most powerful force in the world, so much in fact that they were issuing loans to Kings and Queens across Europe, and had the power to topple Kingdoms who crossed them or did not submit to their will.
Written on the Knights Templar cross to the left is the wording In Hoc Signo Vinces. Translated from latin it means: In this sign thou will conquer.
You will notice that the Templar Cross is the exact same cross that was used on the Nazi aircraft and tanks, what many now recognise as the Iron Cross. William Cooper, a former US Naval Intelligence officer and multi-decade long researcher into the Mystery Schools and the associated symbology taught that the meaning of the cross and the crown in the centre of the Templar logo symbolises the unification of the church and the government over the people! Pay attention to the clothing worn by the clergy of the Catholic Church, right up to the Pope even. They are always wearing Knights Templar crosses on their vestments
The Order of the Temple (Knights Templar) logo on the back entrance to the Kings Inn in Dublin (above) where Ireland’s barristers get called to the BAR! The Kings Inn and many other buildings like it in Dublin, such as the Customs House are full of Masonic symbolism and architectural features. What’s so significant about it is that it is not just a logo of the British Empire; it’s the logo of the UK and Ireland lodge of the Order of the Temple (see image below), with the Knights Templar Cross to be seen at the top of the crown, and also on the crown worn by Queen Elizabeth on the throne of England. The Order of the Temple represents the Knights Templar and Solomon’s Temple in the Holy Land protected by the old Knighthood structure. It’s a masonic control structure hidden in plain view in codes and symbols.
This picture above was taken by me in the Masonic Grand Lodge of Ireland on Molesworth Street beside Dáil Éireann in Dublin. Above the entrance to one of the masons worship rooms we see the logo of the Order of the Temple (Knights Templars).
The Royals are often found at the head of Masonic Lodges, and their offspring formed the Knights Templars over the centuries ultimately moving behind the cover of Freemasonry. They are in a secret alliance of Church & State rule hiding behind a corporate front and using masonic controlled courts to pervert our justice and common law. In every town and city in Ireland and the UK you will find the Masonic Lodge in one of three locations without fail. They are always beside or on the same street as the local courthouse, Police station or beside a government or local council building. Do your homework and you will find this is absolutely true.
The City’s Masonic Livery Guild Companies are tremendously powerful, such as the Worshipful Company of Mercers, Worshipful Company of International Bankers, Apothecaries, Fuellers and many more. Edwin C. Knuth wrote in Empire of the City in 1945 that the City’s voting power ‘is vested in [above named, among other] secret guilds.’ Writing about the elaborate City of London parades Knuth stated that:
‘The fanciful display of pompous medieval ceremony…with its officers attired in grotesque ancient costumes…absurdity and horse-play seems to serve very well to blind the eyes of the public to the big things going on behind the scenes; for the late Vincent Cartwright Vickers, once Deputy-Lieutenant of this City, a director of the great British armament firm of Vickers, Ltd., and a director of the Bank of England from 1910 to 1919, in his "Economic Tribulation" published 1940, lays the wars of the world on the door-step of the City’.[4]
King William III of Orange privatised the Bank of England and turned it over to the ancient Templar banking system which today rules the financial world. The City is not subject to British Law, has its own Police Force and courts, flag etc., just like the Vatican. In reality, it is the Church and State system working together. King William III was receiving loans to fight his wars from a powerful banking and trading company called the Dutch East India Company, and along with this Dutch group of bankers and English nobility families, £1.2 million was acquired to establish the Bank of England. Anderson & Cottrell (1974) explain:
‘In return, for his loan, (that is repaid through the people’s taxes in perpetuity) William was persuaded to instruct all the other (independent) goldsmiths of London to stop issuing receipts as depositories for precious metals. This had the effect of eventually forcing all merchants, along with all other citizens, to store their gold and other valuables with the new bank: ‘Bank of England notes drove private notes out of circulation at an early stage with the result that a cheque system was well developed by the middle of the century’.[5]
The Crown Corporation is the creator and controller of the Bank of England, the US Federal Reserve, the World Bank, including the IMF, the European Union and countless corporations and cartels across the planet. This secret entity, through its control of International finance has also been in control of the United States for a long time. Some estimates put the Bank of England’s Crown agents (J. P. Morgan, Rothschild et al) in control of 25% of American business during the Roosevelt administration of 1901-1909. One mid twentieth century writer and investigator informed us that:
“The American political machine of 1896 was faced with the difficult task of pulling the United States out of the great depression of the 90's and to fulfil their promise of "The Full Dinner Pail." The task was difficult, for in the words of Chauncey Depew, great financial and political power of that day, we were producing two thousand millions of dollars more goods than we could consume, and this overproduction was going back to stagnation and poverty. In this critical period a deal was struck by which the American Wall Street became a branch office of the Bank of England”.[6]
The creation of the Federal Reserve debt based Banking system was absolutely guaranteed to bring about a bankruptcy in the United States, and this is exactly what happened in 1933, although few Americans are even aware of what happened at the time. Ohio’s Republican representative in the US House of Representatives in 1993, James Traficant, made the following speech addressed to the House of Representatives at the time and blew the lid of the entire deception. The following claims by Mr Traficant are taken word for word from the US Congressional Record, March 17, 1993. It goes as follows:
“Mr. Speaker, we are here now in chapter 11. Members of Congress are official trustees presiding over the greatest reorganization of any Bankrupt entity in world history, the U.S. Government. We are setting forth hopefully, a blueprint for our future.”
“There are some who say it is a coroner’s report that will lead to our demise.”
“It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress midsession June 5, 1933 - Joint Resolution to Suspend the Gold Standard and Abrogate the Gold Clause, dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.”
“The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States.”
“This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America. This act was instituted and established by transferring and/or placing the Office of the Secretary of Treasury to that of the Governor of the International Monetary Fund. Public Law 94-564, page 8, Section H.R. 13955 reads in part: ‘The U.S. Secretary of Treasury receives no compensation for representing the United States”.[7]
In Empire of the City, Edwin Knuth documented the influence of the Bank of England and the Crown Corporation that stands behind it when writing about the Articles of Agreement for the IMF and World Bank adopted at Bretton Woods on July 22, 1944. He summarised the agreement as:
‘a precise rewording of the ambiguous provisions of the "Laws of England;" which, as variously developed hereinbefore, have placed the Bank of England over and above LEGISLATIVE ACTION heretofore, and made of it a sovereign world supergovernment; with the House of Commons prohibited even from discussing its activities, while the House itself was subject to the orders of "the executive" as to the legislation required by "The City”.[8]
Lady Queensborough (Edith Miller), the wife of Almeric Paget, the Treasurer of the League of Nations, explained in detail how the furtherance of the covert manipulations of the global Crown masonic BAR network was designed to impoverish as large and as wide a population as possible. She wrote that:
“The best known and cleverest Destructionist laws now on the statute books are those of the Income Tax and the Inheritance Tax. This form of taxation is calculated eventually to precipitate Municipalisation and Nationalisation which also are part of the Fabian scheme for world perfection. This ideal is to be achieved by the gradual expropriation and pauperisation of all classes by systematic, economic pressure, each class to be separately ruined according to the best means available for ruining it.”
And that ladies and gentlemen is exactly what austerity is in today’s world. It retards the nations growth and destroys its citizens ability to leave an inheritance to their children. Edith then explained the desired intent behind it all writing;
“Municipalisation and Nationalisation means control by government, or, in other words, domination by ONE GREAT TRUST.”
“There is nothing new or extraordinary in this plan for World control by a centralized, Super-Capitalist power. It is the plan so minutely explained in The Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion. It is the plan of modern Judeo-Masonic Russian Soviet Communism. It is the plan of Weishaupt's Illuminati and that of International Freemasonry symbolized by the three points of Albert Pike — Destruction, Materialism, Imposition. One is all and all is one”.[9]
